It is a fast-growing cybersecurity and IT services company established in October 2024, with offices in Singapore and India. The company specializes in delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions and consulting services, working closely with global technology partners.
This company is currently supporting enterprise clients including Trellix (the owner of McAfee enterprise business), providing solution architecture, implementation, and consulting services. Although there is no legal entity in Vietnam yet, the company already has a growing customer service & business development team based locally.

Job Description
This role is a client-facing Senior Architect / Pre-sales Consultant, responsible for driving end-to-end cybersecurity solutions from consulting, design to implementation support.
You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal sales teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade security architectures. Also, you will act as a technical advisor, bridging customer requirements with security solutions across endpoint, network, and SOC technologies.
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for cybersecurity projects (consulting, design, implementation)
Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored security solutions
Drive pre-sales activities including solution presentation, technical consulting, and POC execution
Work with product portfolios and vendors to align solutions with business and revenue objectives
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, distributors, and partners
Analyze market trends and recommend relevant cybersecurity technologies
Support proposal development, technical documentation, and bidding processes
Collaborate with sales teams to drive deal closure and project success
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to capability building within the team

Requirements
3-9 years of experience in cybersecurity / network security / solution architecture
Proven experience in client-facing or consulting roles
Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience working in regional / cross-border environments is a plus
Technical Requirements
Strong hands-on / solutioning experience in:
Endpoint Security (ENS)
EDR / XDR
DLP
SIEM
Network Security Platform (IPS)
Advanced Threat Defense (Sandbox)
Experience working with enterprise cybersecurity solutions (e.g., endpoint, network security, threat detection)
Solid understanding of security architecture and deployment models
Experience in pre-sales / consulting roles is highly preferred
Experience with vendors like Trellix (McAfee), Microsoft Defender, Sophos, Symantec
Exposure to SOC operations, threat hunting, and incident response
